The title of this article caused me to assume it’d be an easy one to skim and skip - nothing too important to share here. I was wrong.
Just last night I was speaking with my folks about how we’ve personally experienced noticeable impacts of poor sleep patterns on our mood, wakefulness and working memory. This article confirms much of our observations and provides information I will surely be using.
