This morning I was asked by a relative stranger, "Why do you think there is so much anxiety everywhere?"
While I have had thousands of intentional conversations with people ranging from clinical to casual, I do not claim to be an expert on societial dynamics. Yet my response to him included my belief that 1) we are doing the best we can with the resources we have, yet 2) we are incessently bombarded with messages and pressures from our society which effectively create fear while also breaking down our connection to our bodies, intuition and values.
Therefore my challenge to you ... in addition to the mental training tools you may want to practice, how can you take steps to change your ENVIRONMENT, cutting out influences that are not serving you?
